Gender equality in the workplace index
Since March 1, 2020, companies with more than 50 employees have been required to publish an index, based on four criteria, which measures the efforts of French companies in terms of equal pay for women and men. The index score is calculated for the 2021 calendar year. This obligation falls within the framework of the Avenir law of September 5, 2018, which ultimately aims to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.
